Hospitable CareGivers was co-founded by two exceptional professionals, Erica Fennell and Darryl K. Johnson, who together bring a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to excellence in healthcare.
Erica Fennell is a dedicated and growth-focused professional with over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. She graduated from the Parkway Program and earned her Medical Assistant Diploma from the Thompson Institute in Philadelphia. Her career includes roles as a Medical Assistant, where she honed skills in venipuncture, injections, EKGs, and patient referrals. Since 2011, she has served as a Hospital Service Attendant at Crothall Healthcare, ensuring health standards are met across various hospital areas. Erica’s extensive experience, commitment to compassionate care, and dedication to maintaining high standards inspired her to co-found Hospitable CareGivers.
Darryl K. Johnson is a highly-skilled, dedicated, and growth-focused professional with 25 years of experience in hospital services. He began his career as a Purchasing Clerk at a rehabilitation hospital and later took on roles at a university-level hospital, including Customer Service Representative, Patient Equipment Coordinator, and Assistant Director of Production. Darryl’s extensive background in hospital services and dedication to enhancing the patient experience led him to co-found Hospitable CareGivers.
Together, Erica and Darryl bring a unique blend of skills, experience, and passion to Hospitable CareGivers.
